The breakfast provided a solid start to the day. i found the staff to be helpful and efficient. the location was convenient. It was close to public transport (though i did rent a car for a day).

the location suited my needs very well. the hotel is a short walk from the dlr station. i appreciated the secure environment, which includes a 24-hour concierge. staff was helpful and friendly.
i noticed the sound isolation could be improved as sounds carried easily.

i found the location ideal. the staff offered help with our bags up the stairs which i appreciated. the breakfast included with the room was a good treat (the eggs were especially tasty!).
the bed was two single beds pushed together. i felt uncomfortable on the zip and woke with a backache.
